These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the House of Slats website and any purchase you make from us. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. Our store
The website is operated by House of Slats and hosted on Shopify. Our online store sells slat wall panels and installation accessories to customers in the United States.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You are responsible for keeping any account details secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide.
3. Products, colors and measurements
We work to display products, colors and dimensions accurately. Our panels have a wood-veneer surface, so grain and tone naturally vary from panel to panel, and colors can look different depending on your screen and lighting. Measurements are approximate.
4. Prices and availability
Prices are shown in US dollars. Sales tax and any shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. We may change prices or discontinue products at any time. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any payment received.
5. Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if the shipping address is outside the area we serve. Payment is collected at checkout through our payment providers.

Follow the installation guidance provided with the products and on our website, and use appropriate tools and care. Make sure the wall surface is suitable before installing. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, unsuitable surfaces or misuse.
